Joseph C. Fatony, CFO of AFC Realty Capital, Inc.
Prior to joining AFC Realty Capital, Inc., Mr. Fatony was Chairman of the Board and founder of SRF Builders Capital Corp., a New York State mortgage bank. During his career, Mr. Fatony has financed in excess of $3 billion in real estate projects throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Fatorny’s executive positions in the banking industry include that of Vice President with the Bank of New York for over 20 years. Mr. Fatony holds a BA and MBA from Long Island University.
Stacy Jolna
Mr. Jolna is the former SVP/General Manager – Television Group at TV Guide where he conceived, branded, programmed and launched TV Guide SPOT, the first original "on demand" entertainment/guidance television network for all digital platforms including: Cable VOD, Broadband, PVR and Mobile. Prior to joining TVGuide, Stacy was Chief Programming Officer/SVP Media & Advertising Partnerships at TiVo, where he strategically marketed the service to the advertising and programming communities and developed charter advertising partnerships and “on-demand” marketing programs with Lexus, Coca-Cola, BMW, Miller Brewing, Pfizer, Daimler-Chrysler, NFL, IFILM, AtomFilm, Nielsen and agency partnerships with Grey, Omnicom, Starcom, McCann-Worldwide and J.Walter Thompson. In preparation for the successful 1999 IPO, Stacy also negotiated investment and commercial partnerships with major media companies including NBC, Discovery, SONY, CBS, Showtime, Viacom, HBO, ABC-Disney, Starz-Encore, Cox, Comcast, Liberty Media and Creative Artists Agency (to seed industry influencers with TiVo’s). From 1981 to 1996, Mr. Jolna was Senior Vice President/Senior Executive Producer, Special Programming at CNN in Atlanta where he created CNN Special Reports-- a programming team that garnered high ratings, profitability and numerous production honors. Over his distinguished career, Mr. Jolna has been honored as ‘Marketing Executive of the Year’ by Marketing Magazine and has been the recipient of multiple Emmy’s and CableACE’s as well as a Peabody award and two Edward R. Murrow Awards.
Rick Baker
Mr. Baker is the former CEO of eCorporation, Inc., a venture backed Internet incubator that launched fourteen venture-funded Internet companies between 1999 and 2003. He served as initial CEO of Rovion until November 2004. Prior to his work at eCorporation, Mr. Baker was a television producer for Hammond Productions, producing sports and entertainment programs for Lifetime, the Travel Channel, ESPN and FOX Sports.
Amy Friedlander-Hoffman, Senior Vice President, Programming for AT&T Operations.
As AT&T enters the video market to compete with cable and satellite, Amy will oversee interactive programming and convergence for Project Lightspeed, the initiative to expand the fiber-optics network deeper into neighborhoods to deliver AT&T U-verse TV, AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet, U-verse Enabled and, in the future, voice over IP services. Preceding AT&T, Ms. Friedlander headed a strategic consulting practice, Xanthum Partners, which helped clients from around the globe with content strategy, negotiation and acquisition, and programming and packaging development. Ms. Friedlander was previously General Counsel and SVP of Business Development for Intertainer, the first VOD service delivered over both broadband and cable and helped the company raise over $100 Million from companies such as Microsoft, Comcast, Intel, Qwest, Sony, NBC and Thomson Consumer Electronics. She was responsible for negotiating content agreements with the major studios and programmers, distribution agreements with cable companies and telcos, and general technology ventures. Prior to her tenure with Intertainer, Ms. Friedlander practiced corporate law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. Ms. Friedlander holds a JD from the University of Chicago and a BA with honors from the University of Michigan.
